Shirley’s personal view is that enterprise is not just about developing employability, understanding the world of work or simply executing a job in a routine manner, it is about bringing ideas to life and turning them into something of economic value;
it is about contributing to innovation, spotting opportunities, drive, passion, taking risks, dealing with uncertainty, learning from mistakes and much more.
